What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant, another occupant, or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex or another lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 15, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $2,451.12, which includes compensation for use of the unit, the application fee, and interest on the rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 15, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
