What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,951.20 plus $29.49 per day starting February 5, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
