What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's behavior or the behavior of someone visiting or living with the Tenant seriously impairing the safety of another person, and the Tenant or someone visiting or living with the Tenant using the rental unit or the residential complex in a way that is inconsistent with its use as residential premises and causing or expected to cause serious damage.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 29, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the amount owing by June 29, 2021, they will start accruing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
