What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous consent order. The Tenant was observed interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants on several occasions.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $496.46 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $16.34 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting November 20, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting December 1, 2021.
