What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 6, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,899.04, which includes rent arrears up to August 26, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $16.63 per day in compensation for occupying the unit from August 27, 2021 until the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 6, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
