What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The previous order required the Tenant to pay $25 towards damages by April 1, 2021, which the Tenant did not do.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,645.80 for unpaid compensation for damage by May 16, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay, they will owe interest starting May 17, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by May 16, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
