What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant was observed smoking in the unit on several occasions, which was a breach of the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $434.46 plus $16.34 per day starting November 20, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting December 1, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
