The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 29, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $988.12 plus $16.34 per day starting June 19, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 29, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
