The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $6,314.38, which includes compensation for the Tenant's use and occupation of the unit after the termination of the tenancy and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 30, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
