The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 20, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 20, 2021, they will owe interest starting November 21, 2021 at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by November 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
