What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant disputed the amount of arrears claimed by the Landlord, but the Landlord's uncontested evidence showed the Tenant owed $10,594.40 in arrears.

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay $9,094.40 in arrears to the Landlord, with $150 monthly payments starting January 1, 2022. The Tenant must also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. Failure to make these payments will result in immediate termination of the tenancy.
