The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 11, 2022, unless Tenants void the order by paying the specified amount. Tenants must pay $5,670.89 plus $186.00 filing fee to the Landlord. Daily compensation of $72.33 is due for each day of occupation starting March 1, 2022. If full payment is not made by March 11, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
