What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 or failed to comply with health, safety, housing or maintenance standards. The Tenants did not attend the hearing, and the Landlord's legal representative informed the Board that the Tenants had resolved the disrepair issues and intended to withdraw the application.

The Tenants' application was dismissed as abandoned due to their failure to attend the hearing.
