What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective August 18, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,151.07, which represents the rent owing up to April 30, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $45.21 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 1, 2020 until they move out.
