What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The parties consented to the order that follows.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $558.00, which represents the arrears of rent owing up to December 31, 2020 ($383.00), and the Landlord's application filing fee ($175.00). The Tenant shall pay the amount according to a specified schedule. If the Tenant fails to make the payments, the Landlord may collect the entire outstanding balance and apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
