What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they or another occupant of the rental unit have committed an illegal act and have seriously impaired the safety of other persons in the rental complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of August 31, 2021. The Tenants must move out by that date. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by August 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
