Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant and for an order to have the Tenant pay compensation for damage they owe because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on September 14, 2022 with respect to application TSL-20499-21.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 25, 2023. The Tenant must pay $1,280.97 to the Landlord, which includes unpaid compensation for damage and the previous application filing fee. The Tenant must also pay $3.78 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting March 15, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
