What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on December 5, 2019 with respect to a previous application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 24, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $21,464.24 in rent arrears and costs, plus $54.71 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting August 14, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 24, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
