What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a mediated settlement issued by the Board in January 2020. The issues related to smell from the unit, pest control, serious clutter and cleanliness have not been resolved despite the Landlord's attempts to work with the Tenant and her support services.

The ruling

The interim order issued on September 10, 2021 is cancelled. The stay of order TSL-18611-20 is lifted on February 28, 2022.
