The tenancy is terminated effective May 14, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $13,095.67 in rent arrears and compensation, and will owe interest at 2% annually on any unpaid balance after May 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by May 14, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
