The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 9, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $30,102.23, which includes rent arrears and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant will also owe $39.32 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates.
