What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant breached the agreement by permitting a banned individual in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 18, 2023. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting February 19, 2023. The Tenant has until February 17, 2023, to file a motion with the LTB to set aside the order.
