What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the Board on July 17, 2019.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,636 in rent arrears and $22.36 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting March 20, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 30, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction starting March 31, 2021.
