What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the mediated settlement issued by the Board on December 9, 2019.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $26,930.70 plus $35.77 per day from April 17, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
