The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by April 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $26,930.70 plus $35.77 per day from April 17, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
