What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant committing an illegal act (possession of illegal drugs for the purpose of trafficking) and seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 18, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
