What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,200 for unpaid compensation for damages and application fees, plus $4.57 per day for use of the unit from January 20, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 30, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
