What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,343.00 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $5.00 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 12, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by June 22, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
