What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant had vacated the rental unit prior to the hearing date, but owed the Landlord the cost of filing the application.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $155.00 for the balance of the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 17, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
