The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 19, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,215 in rent arrears and compensation, and will owe additional daily compensation of $17.16 starting June 1, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by June 19, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
