What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on April 6, 2021 with respect to application TNL-30728-21.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by August 24, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
