What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by December 19, 2022, and pay $6,687.88 plus $19.96 per day from September 29, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 20, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
