What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 3, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,742.93 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $16.93 per day starting November 23, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
