What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 28, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $7,754.27 plus $11.31 per day from January 18, 2023, until they move out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 28, 2023, interest will be charged at 5% annually from January 29, 2023.
