What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on August 14, 2019 with respect to a previous application.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by January 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,709.00 for rent arrears and application fees, plus $17.16 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting February 1, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 16, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 0% annually on the outstanding balance.
