The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $24,466.68 (less any payments made after the application was filed) for rent arrears up to February 16, 2023, and $30.28 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting February 17, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
