What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on September 25, 2019 with respect to application TEL-02701-19. The Tenant impaired the safety of a person and committed an illegal act in the residential complex on July 23, 2020.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 22, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before September 22, 2020, then starting September 23, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
