What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2022. The Tenant must move out by that date. If the unit is not vacated by August 31, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $10.26 per day in compensation starting September 1, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
