What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on March 2, 2020 with respect to application TEL-06603-19.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 26, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord the filing fee of $175.00. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by January 26, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding. If the unit is not vacated by January 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement.
