What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant or another occupant committing illegal acts within the residential complex.
The ruling
The Board ordered that the tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant continues if the Tenant refrains from consuming alcohol in the common areas of the residential complex and does not possess open containers of alcohol in the common areas. The Tenant is also ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application in monthly installments. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
