What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act or carrying out an illegal trade, business or occupation in the rental unit or residential complex involving the production, trafficking or possession of illegal drugs.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 21, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $190 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 21, 2021, he will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting February 22, 2021. The Sheriff is requested to expedite the enforcement of the eviction order.
