What happened
The Applicants, Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 2082 and Blanchart Arun, brought this application against the Respondents, Azeez Hamza Momoh and Jevaughn Jackson, alleging that Mr. Jackson is causing unreasonable noise nuisances in violation of the Condominium Act, 1998 and the condominium's governing documents, and that Mr. Momoh has failed to ensure compliance by his tenant as required.
The ruling
The Tribunal ordered Mr. Jackson to immediately cease creating unreasonable noise nuisances and ordered Mr. Momoh to take reasonable steps to ensure Mr. Jackson's compliance. The Respondents were ordered to jointly and severally pay $15,200 in costs to the Applicants.
