What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant was not present or represented at the hearing.
The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant pays the outstanding arrears and rent in a timely manner. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $3,441.00 by May 1, 2022, and also pay the rent for the months of October 2021 up to and including May 2022 in full, on or before the first day of each corresponding month. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
