What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2020. The Tenant does not owe any money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the rent arrears. The Landlord is authorized to offset $42.74 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting August 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates.
