The ruling
The Landlord shall pay the Tenant a rent abatement of $992.00 for the closet leak problem from May 2019 to August 2020, and $50.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $1,042.00. The Landlord shall complete remaining repair work in the rental unit closet by December 31, 2021.
