What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay all water bills in accordance with the terms of their lease for a period of one year from the date of this order. If the Tenants breach this order, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants are also ordered to pay the Landlord $186 for the cost of filing the application.
