What happened

The Landlord's N4 Notice of Termination is invalid, so the Landlord does not have jurisdiction to terminate the tenancy. However, the Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $9,922.30 in rent arrears and $186.00 in application filing costs. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 8, 2021, they will start owing interest.
