The ruling

The parties reached an agreement during mediation. The Tenant is ordered to pay $13,636 in rent arrears and costs by February 1, 2024, and to pay minimum $500 per month starting March 20, 2024 until the arrears are paid. The Tenant shall also continue to pay the full monthly rent on the 1st of each month starting March 1, 2024 until the arrears are paid. Failure to make any payment will result in the landlord applying for termination and eviction.
