What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Tenants committing an illegal act and seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by July 4, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application, and if not paid by July 4, 2022, they will owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
