What happened
The Tenant and Sub Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them, entered the rental unit illegally, altered the locking system without providing replacement keys, substantially interfered with their reasonable enjoyment, withheld or interfered with vital services, and disposed of their property before the required 72 hours after eviction.
The ruling
The Board denied the Landlord's request to review the interim order, confirming that the order remains unchanged. The Board will schedule an urgent hearing to address the issue of whether the Tenant and/or Sub Tenants were illegally locked out of the rental unit and should be restored possession.
