What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to rent arrears and persistent late payment of rent. The parties reached an agreement to resolve all matters at issue.
The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant shall pay the Landlord the rent for the months of July 2021 up to and including June 2022 in full, on or before the first day of each corresponding month. If the Tenant fails to meet the conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant within 30 days of a breach.
